Delete your Champaran Mart account

Option 1: In the app

1. Open the Champaran Mart app and log in.
2. Go to Profile → Account privacy.
3. Tick “I understand, delete my account”, tap Delete my account, and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2: Without the app

Send us the mobile number you registered with and the words “Delete my account”:

• Phone / WhatsApp: +91 91281 31544

We will check that the request is from you and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number and saved addresses
• Your cart and saved details
• Your login, and your profile photo if you added one

What is kept

Your past orders stay in the shop's records for accounting, but without your name, phone number, address or location, so they can no longer be linked to you. If you have an order that is still on its way, the account can be deleted once it has been delivered. Payments made through Razorpay are also recorded by Razorpay under its own policy.
